2. Products and Orders

2.1 Product Availability: All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

2.2 Product Descriptions: We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color or detail will be accurate.

2.3 Order Acceptance: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 Pricing: All prices listed on our website include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

3.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via [list payment methods: e.g., credit cards, PayPal, etc.]. All transactions are processed securely.

3.3 Errors: If an error in pricing is identified after your order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 12 business days.

4.2 Delivery: Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4.3 Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4.4 Customs Fees: For international orders, customs fees and import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@noahsneakers.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the return adress provided.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The costs and risk of loss when returning the package are for the client.

The costs for returning your order are as follows:

• € 10,75 for the PostNL return label (domestic shipping NL with insurance).
• When paid with Klarna or Paypal: + paid fee’s.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale, undergarments, and customized products are not eligible for return. 

Categories excluded from returns:

• Products from the collection ‘Vintage, Grails & Gedragen'
• Hyped products (pairs that have a release date less than 2 months earlier than the purchase date)

5.3 Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

5.4 Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Noah Sneakers and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except where prohibited by law. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of justice.
